A four-minute sonic ritual designed to awaken, energise, and empower women navigating menopause. Live It Now is the official anthem of Fab4050, blending movement, music, and emotional reset into one powerful experience. This track invites listeners to dance through fatigue, reclaim joy, and rise into visibility. Let’s move it!

I have met many knowledgeable and qualified healthcare professionals in my journey to stay fit, healthy and GORGEOUS as I grow into my fifties. These include my GP, personal trainer, and dermatologist who helped build on my foundational knowledge of the human body as a lifelong practitioner of yoga and founder of Sun Yoga.
Given the mass of inaccurate information on the internet and social media, I have decided to launch a pilot for an app which I will name Fab4050. This app is specially for women in their 40s, 50s and beyond, focussing on our bodies’ specific needs at this time of our life.

You want muscles? Let’s do it right! Too many folks are jumping straight to the show-off stuff (that doesn’t serve your body at all) without understanding the basics. And doing those fancy moves badly.
The textbook I wrote about on this topic: Science and Philosophy of Teaching Yoga and Yoga Therapy: The Complete Manual for Yoga Teachers, Students and Practitioners

You can exercise your way out of a shit diet! But seriously, you don’t need to eat yukky stuff to get that dream bod. I love food too much to sacrifice that. But with my eating programme, YOU CAN! Browse my cookbook for free: THE CAN MELCION COOKBOOK Sunshine Food All Year Round

I am a huge fan of foraging! Wherever you live in the world, you are very likely to be able to find Nature’s gifts, if you know where to look and what to look for.
Apart from food, I used forage stuff for hair (seaweed soak, nettles hair wash, cactus conditioner), face, body and art. Check out my beach art on Simple Green Planet

Can we really have it all? Open, honest group discussions on the perennial debate on whether we can live our best lives whilst juggling all our responsibilities and commitment. And whilst there is no one right answer, it’s good to talk openly within a safe space with your Sistas.
And am also thinking about bite-size education pieces on new developments to keep the brain cells active.

A girl gotta live like a Queen, right? But NO to relying on sugar daddies (ugh!), but Sistas, you can do it if you get creative! House-swaps, volunteering, skills exchange. Lots of options, truly. I am about to do a house swap with a girl pal in Copenhagen and was living in a student flat in Vienna last year.

Yeah, yeah, we sometimes need that. But here’s how to do this with STYLE and without breaking the bank.

NO to fast fashion that pollutes the environment and exploit women and children in developing countries. And who wants to dress in those mass-produced soulless attire hey. So let’s explore vintage shop finds (£20 for this Jimmy Choos!), cool homemade statement pieces and clothes swap.

You are never too old to try funky new things! Such as learning how to pole dance at 57. So let’s try new things together, Sistas, and cheer each other on! (Pssst, how about microneedling?- tried and tested, and will share when the apps is built.)

This is SO important! It’s what keeps you on ‘the programme’ as you encourage and support each other on your journeys to be your best selves.
Recognising the important of communities, Fab4050 will provide the infrastructure for you build your own local community, yet be part of a global network.
